UBC Communications have a variety of platforms we use to gather community content that can be shared via our institutional channels. Different teams communicate to different audiences and your submission will be considered primarily on how well it fits the needs and interest of the channel’s audience. Where possible, our team also seeks to align our content with the university’s institutional content priorities. Learn more about these priorities (PDF). If you have a story that you’d like us to consider please use one of the following:
UBC Today — a central web platform just for faculty and staff. It contains a mix of updates, news, community stories and resources. A summary of the latest updates are also shared every Tuesday via a weekly email update. Submit content to UBC Today.
Storybox — an easy-to-use submission form where UBC communicators can submit their stories to be featured on the UBC homepage or on UBC’s official social channels.
UBC Events — submit your event to the main events website and tag whether it is applicable to faculty, staff and/or students. Register as an event provider.
